Order and Payment

Payments Accepted

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Paypal
• Credit Card (see below)
• Postal Order
• Personal Cheque

Credit Cards may be used for purchases, and can be done easily through Paypal's website, and you do not have to be a member with them. Once you have submitted the details form on our site, you will be directed to Paypal in which you will have 2 options:

Login to your paypal account - to pay by credit card/paypal balance

Enter Credit Card details, for people who are not a member of Paypal.

Postage and Packaging
Currently all items are sent from China or Hong Kong. The parcels will be declared as GIFTS so there should be no customs charges. We are here to assist you every step of the way if you need any help.

AIRMAIL usually takes 14 WORKING DAYS to recieve.

EXPRESS usually takes 5-7 days, has tracking facilities.

FOR ALL OUR EUROPEAN / UK CUSTOMERS:

The express shipping feature also means there is NO CUSTOMS TAX as we prepay from here, so anywhere in EUROPE will not pay tax. ^^

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted, but you are responsible for sending the package back to us. The money refunded will not include the shipping fee paid. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you would like a refund. ^.^
